Structural Design Solutions Limited is able to provide, often on short notice, structural calculations to satisfy the requirements of the Building Regulations in the UK.
To facilitate the preparation of the necessary calculations, we would ideally require an indication of the building layout with a description of the proposed changes and, in the case of foundation design, an indication of the ground’s bearing capacity. In the case of more problematic ground conditions, this latter requirement may necessitate a soils investigation.
Structural Design Solutions Limited is able to offer extremely competitive rates for the preparation of Building Regulations calculations, these being kept to a minimum by the avoidance of site visits and production of full structural drawings.
