Refurbishment
Refurbishment or modernisation of existing premises often involves amendments to the structural form; taking down of supporting walls, relocation of columns, introduction of openings in existing walls and floors, strengthening of existing floors or installation of mezzanine floors.
Generally basing our designs on proposed architectural floor plans or overall building plans, we will analyse the existing structure to provide advice to assist in achieving the optimum solution to incorporating the Client’s preferences.
