Structural Design Solutions Limited provides a concrete foundation design service for new houses and extensions to existing properties.
Invariably, a structural engineer will not be required for the successful completion of a modest extension.
However, in the case of grander projects, or where ground conditions are problematic, the services of a structural engineer may well be required to provide advice on, and design calculations for, the type and size of foundations.
Generally working from house plans, we will prepare foundation arrangements for use by the builder and calculations to satisfy the Local Authority building inspector.
Structural Design Solutions Limited assesses each enquiry individually, generally providing a fee quotation over the phone, (to be confirmed in writing if acceptable), or by return e-mail.
