A structural inspection comprises a visit to the property to ascertain the adequacy of its structural elements, and the preparation of a Structural Report. During the visit, a ‘house walk through inspection’ is carried out to assess the structural significance of any cracking or other damage observed on visible areas of wall, floor and ceiling.
